Fourth National Bank Building, Atlanta, Ga  1905

The American Trust and Savings Bank was converted into a Nathional bank in 1896, becoming the Fourth National Bank.  Captain James W. English was  president, James R. Gray was vice-president, J. K. Ottley, cashier, and Charles I. Ryan, assistant cashier.
