Photograph contributed by Rebecca Greene who says, "This photo belonged to my Great Grandmother, Artie Belle Carter Lowe.  She was born July 17, 1895 in Lilburn and passed away in Jan. of 1988.  She is 12 in this photo (back row, 9th from the right, black dress with white ruffle).  We also know that 1 of her  6 brothers, Levi Humes Carter, Jr., b. 1893, is also in the photo, but I can't identify him."
