REAL ESTATE COMMISSION

I am a FULL SERVICE and FULL TIME REALTOR®.   Most of my business is through the referrals of past clients and customers.  As the listing agent, I expect to pay for all marketing expenses for as long as it takes for me to sell your home at an acceptable price.  The real estate commission to RE/MAX Northeast is 6% of the sale price, of which, half is shared with the Selling Broker.    See AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS for further information about agency.
